The Kashmir Files, directed by Vivek Agnihotri and based on Kashmiri Pandits, is now creating waves at the box office. The audience seems to like the film a lot. Another Bollywood director, Vinod Kapri, is already working on his next feature, ‘Gujarat Files.’ He has also tweeted about it and questioned Prime Minister Narendra Modi about it.

In this tweet, Vinod Kapri, who has directed films such as ‘Pihu’ and ‘Miss Thanakpur Hajir Ho,’ has tagged Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said: ‘Gujarat Files in the name of #GujaratFiles, on the basis of facts, on the basis of art’. I am ready to make a film and your role in it will also be mentioned in detail in truth. Will you assure me in front of the country today that Narendra Modi ji will not stop the release of the film?’

After this Vinod Kapri has made another tweet. In this tweet, he has written, ‘After this tweet of mine, I also had a talk with some producers. He is ready to produce #GujaratFiles. All they need is the assurance that the freedom of expression that the Prime Minister is talking about now, he should give the same assurance for this film as well.’

Vinod Kapri has made this tweet on a tweet containing a video of the Prime Minister, in which he is seen reacting after ‘The Kashmir Files’. In this video, the PM is seen saying, “Those who walk around with the flag of Freedom of Expression, the whole group has been shocked for the last 5-6 days. They are not discussing it on the basis of facts, but on the basis of arts. If someone dares to reveal the truth, he tried to present the truth that he felt, but that is not the preparation to understand the truth, nor the approval to see the world, the kind of conspiracy that is going on for the last 5-6 days.”
