Stars Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR have taken to social media today post release of War 2. War 2 hit cinemas on August 14, along with Rajinikanth’s Coolie. War 2 stars Hrithik Roshan, Jr NTR, and Kiara Advani in the lead roles. Directed by Ayan Mukerji, the action thriller is the sixth installment in the YRF Spy Universe and a sequel to the 2019 film War.
Although the film was one of the most-awaited films of 2025, it has been receiving mixed responses from the audience and critics. On August 16, Hrithik and Jr NTR shared notes where they expressed their gratitude for all the love they have been receiving for the film.
Hrithik Roshan And Jr NTR Post About War 2 First Time Post Release
On August 16, two days after the release of War 2, Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR shared grateful notes on their X (Twitter) accounts. Both the actors mentioned that they are overwhelmed with the all the love they have been receiving for War 2.
Hrithik shared the essence of his Kabir role and wrote, “In Kabir’s world, battles may be won.. but the war goes on. A character that came to life in 2019, has only fueled my fire as an Actor & Entertainer. Witnessing all your cheers & celebrations in cinema halls, only makes Kabir taller and my heart fuller. Kabir was and always will be one of my most cherished on-screen characters. Thank you for all your love & well-wishes for #War2 and Kabir.”
On the other hand, Jr NTR shared, “I am seeing your love for #War2 and I love you back for it… Incredible to see the public support for our film which we made with a lot of passion. Let’s goooo!”
About War 2
War 2 is an upcoming action-thriller and the sixth instalment in the acclaimed YRF Spy Universe. Produced by Aditya Chopra under Yash Raj Films and directed by Ayan Mukerji, the film sees Hrithik Roshan reprising his role as Kabir. He is joined by Jr NTR and Kiara Advani in lead roles. It is a direct sequel to the 2019 blockbuster War and is one of the most awaited films of 2025.
