About “Game Changer”
“Game Changer” is an upcoming Telugu-language political action thriller directed by S. Shankar, marking his directorial debut in Telugu cinema. The film stars Ram Charan in a double role, alongside Kiara Advani, and features an ensemble cast including Anjali, S. J. Suryah, and many others.
The film marks the actor’s Tamil debut, the film is also the second collaboration between Ram Charan and Kiara, who have previously worked in ‘Vinaya Vidheya Rama‘.
The story follows Ram Nandan, an honest IAS officer, as he battles political corruption and advocates for fair elections to revolutionize governance practices. Kiara Advani will be his love interest and another fellow IAS officer.
The film, produced by Dil Raju and Sirish under Sri Venkateswara Creations and Zee Studios, was officially announced in February 2021 and commenced principal photography in October 2021. Filming locations spanned across Hyderabad, New Zealand, Andhra Pradesh, Mumbai, and Chandigarh, with a scheduled worldwide release on November 15, 2024.
