In the leaked clip, Kartik appears in a rugged avatar, dressed casually while walking through the streets. He is seen smoking a cigarette as passersby continue with their routine. The video is shot outside Hamro Bhansa Ghar in Gangtok and has sparked mixed reactions online.
One user said, “Movie ki hype badhane ki tactics.” Another wrote, “Tere Naam ka remake h kya.” A third user recognised the location and asked, “Hamro Bhansa Ghar?”
More Leaked Set Photos Surfaced Recently
Earlier, photos from the film’s Siliguri shoot had also gone viral. One image showed Kartik riding a Royal Enfield with Sreeleela sitting behind him. Sporting a long beard, he wore a sweatshirt paired with blue jeans, while Sreeleela stunned in high-waisted jeans and an off-shoulder crochet top, completing her look with shades and a scarf.
Another picture showed Sreeleela standing under a large umbrella while Kartik stood behind her in a relaxed, casual look. The chemistry between the two actors is already creating buzz.
Kartik and Sreeleela also shared a moment from the set, posting a picture of them having tea together. The caption read, “Tu Hi Meri Zindagi Hai,” hinting at the film’s romantic core.
Meanwhile, an official teaser offered a sneak peek into Kartik’s role. In the teaser, he appears as a brooding musician playing the guitar at a concert. His on-screen romance with Sreeleela seems to promise an emotional rollercoaster.
Despite the film’s growing buzz, its title remains uncertain. Reports suggest that T-Series is unable to use the Aashiqui name due to rights disputes. This means the film will likely get a fresh title, separating it from the popular franchise. Fans are eagerly waiting for an official title announcement.
