Welcome To The Jungle Trailer: Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty And A Massive Ensemble Unleash Full-Blown Comic Madness

The jungle is noisy, crowded and completely out of control, exactly the way a Welcome film is expected to be. The trailer of Welcome To The Jungle has arrived, and Ahmed Khan’s entertainer leans fully into the franchise’s favourite ingredients, mistaken identities, eccentric characters, loud visual humour, action set pieces and a cast so big that every new frame introduces another familiar face.

With Akshay Kumar back at the centre of the madness and Suniel Shetty matching him beat for beat, the trailer sets up a film that is less interested in subtle comedy and more committed to creating an all out carnival of chaos.

Welcome To The Jungle Trailer Brings Back Franchise Style Madness

Released on June 11, the trailer runs a little over four minutes and opens with the search for a once popular actor, played by Akshay Kumar, whose career has taken a hit after repeated failures. That film within a film setup becomes the entry point for a sprawling comedy of errors, as the narrative expands into song sequences, chase moments, jungle adventures and comic confrontations.

The trailer keeps its plot details light and instead sells the experience. Akshay Kumar and Suniel Shetty’s easy banter gets prime space, while the supporting players add to the rapid fire comic rhythm through visual gags, oddball situations and reaction driven humour.

What stands out is the scale. Helicopters, explosions, action blocks and jungle set pieces are scattered across the promo, but the trailer repeatedly undercuts danger with punchlines. That tonal choice places Welcome To The Jungle firmly in the zone of an old school Hindi entertainer, where spectacle and silliness move together.

The Film Brings One Of Bollywood’S Biggest Comedy Ensembles Of 2026

Directed by Ahmed Khan, Welcome To The Jungle is the third film in the Welcome franchise and is scheduled for a theatrical release on June 26, 2026. The comedy adventure is presented by A.A. Nadiadwala, Cape of Good Films and Star Studio18 in association with Seeta Films and Rakesh Dang. It is a Base Industries Group production, produced by Rakesh Dang and Vedant Vikaas Baali, with Firoz A. Nadiadwallah as producer.

The film features Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty, Disha Patani, Jacqueline Fernandez, Arshad Warsi, Jackie Shroff, Paresh Rawal, Raveena Tandon, Lara Dutta, Farida Jalal, Johny Lever, Shreyas Talpade, Tusshar Kapoor, Rajpal Yadav, Krushna Abhishek, Kiku Sharda, Daler Mehndi, Aftab Shivdasani, Mukesh Tiwari, Yashpal Sharma, Kiran Kumar, Zakir Hussain, Vindu Dara Singh, Urvashi Rautela, Hemant Pandey, Brijendra Kala, Feroze Khan, the late Pankaj Dheer, Puneet Issar, Sudesh Berry, Jeetu Verma, Vrihi Kodvara, Adityaa Singgh and Bhagya Bhanushali.

The premise follows a chaotic mission that spirals into comic confusion, action and jungle madness. Judging by the trailer, the film banks on nostalgia, ensemble timing and unapologetically loud humour.
