Actress Yami Gautam will star in Pink filmmaker Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury’s forthcoming film “Lost,” an investigative drama that will focus on the problem of media ethics.
Talking about his new film Roy Chowdhury told Pinkvilla, “Designed as an investigative drama, at its core the film explores themes like commitment, responsibility, holding hands and making our world beautiful and compassionate.”
“Lost’ is an emotional thriller that represents a higher quest, a search for lost values of empathy and integrity,” he added.

As a fiery crime reporter, Yami will head the film’s cast. Pankaj Kapur, Rahul Khanna, Neil Bhoopalam, Pia Bajpiee, and Tushar Pandey are among the cast members.

The film will be shot primarily in real places in Kolkata and Purulia, and will focus on the underbelly of an urban city that is generally overlooked. Shantanu Moitra, a composer, and Swanand Kirkire, a lyricist, will convey the essence of the city and the story’s emotions. “Lost” is set to hit the floors later this month.
