Yeh Prem Mol Liya has officially begun promotions with the launch of its title track, giving audiences their first major glimpse into Sooraj Barjatya’s latest family entertainer and putting its musical identity front and centre from the outset.
Composed by Himesh Reshammiya, sung by Shreya Ghoshal and Nihal Tauro, and written by Kumaar, the title track arrives as the film’s opening musical statement. The film is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on November 27, 2026, placing it firmly in the year-end festive corridor.
The makers also chose a distinctly old-world setting for the song launch. Promotions were kicked off with a live musical evening at Mumbai’s Royal Opera House, where Himesh Reshammiya performed with an orchestra as the track was unveiled. The venue choice and live presentation gave the launch a sense of occasion that fits Rajshri’s long-standing family-entertainer tradition.
Sooraj Barjatya Returns To Familiar Musical Ground
The collaboration is notable for another reason. Barjatya and Reshammiya have reunited after previously working together on Prem Ratan Dhan Payo in 2015. That earlier film also leaned heavily on melody and traditional family-romance packaging, making this latest reunion a clear return to a storytelling space both filmmaker and composer know well.
The film stars Ayushmann Khurrana and Sharvari in the lead, with Barjatya directing for Rajshri Productions. As first promotional moves go, this one firmly signals that music will be central to how Yeh Prem Mol Liya builds its audience conversation in the months ahead.
The Lead Pair’s Momentum
For Ayushmann, Yeh Prem Mol Liya arrives at an interesting point in his lineup. His 2025 release Thamma marked his most recent film outing, and Pati Patni Aur Woh Do released earlier in 2026. His next release is Udta Teer opposite Sara Ali Khan on 9th October 2026. This Rajshri film now stands as one of his confirmed big-screen releases for the end of the year.
Sharvari, meanwhile, has been on a clear upward curve since Munjya in 2024. She also featured in Maharaj in 2024. She had Alpha and Main Vaapas Aaunga earlier in 2026. With Yeh Prem Mol Liya, she steps into a more classic Hindi romance space, giving her 2026 slate a distinctly broader commercial spread and making this pairing one to watch as the film’s campaign gathers momentum.
