Along with the poster, makers announced that the trailer will drop on November 17 at 6:03 PM. What makes this trailer launch even more interesting is its location – Patna.

Typically, Telugu film trailers are launched in the Telugu-speaking states. But for Pushpa 2, the makers have chosen Patna, far from the usual southern heartlands. This is no random choice.
Here’s The Reason Behind This Unusual Choice!
Patna played a big role in the success of Pushpa: The Rise, with the film getting a huge response in theatres and on TV. The song “Srivalli” even became an internet sensation when it was recreated in Bhojpuri in 2022.
The decision to launch the trailer in Patna reflects the growing pan-India appeal of the Pushpa franchise. Unlike the first movie, which had limited promotion in Hindi-speaking areas, the filmmakers are now reaching a wider audience.
Back in 2021, Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna made a brief appearance in Mumbai just before Pushpa 1’s release to introduce the film to North India.
At that time, it seemed the producers didn’t see the Hindi market as a major focus, instead relying on Allu Arjun’s fanbase in the South.
But the film went on to surprise everyone by becoming a box-office hit in North India, especially in single-screen theatres, and sparking viral memes.
Hence, Patna is the perfect place to kick off Pushpa 2’s trailer launch. It shows how the film is now targeting a national audience, building on the success of the first movie. With Allu Arjun’s growing fanbase across the country, the trailer launch on November 17 will surely grab attention from fans everywhere.
