Today, September 22, the filming of Megastar Chiranjeevi and filmmaker Mohan Raja’s Godfather resumed in Ooty. The official Konidela Pro Company Twitter account announced the news on Twitter. Godfather is the official Telugu version of the Malayalam super smash film Lucifer, as previously reported. The original film stars Mohanlal, Manju Warrier, and Vivek Oberoi and was directed by Prithviraj Sukumaran.
On Megastar’s birthday, August 22, the title of Chiranjeevi and Mohan Raja’s film was revealed. The first schedule for Godfather began in August and lasted for a couple weeks in Hyderabad. Megastar Chiranjeevi’s 153rd film marks the culmination of his career.
The makers have now made the most recent announcement. In Ooty, Tamil Nadu, the second schedule of Godfather has begun. Konidela Pro Company’s official Twitter account wrote, “Team #GodFather starts shoot in Ooty today !! MegaStar @Kchirutweets in & as #GodFather (sic).”

Mohan Raja is directing the political action thriller Godfather. Konidela Production Company and Super Good Films collaborated on the film. Murali Gopy wrote the story, which is a remake of Lucifer. Before going into production in August 2021, the film underwent a number of alterations.
