House Arrest Trailer Review: Ali Fazal’s Joy Of Missing Out Is Already Giving Us FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out)

Even before the visuals of House Arrest trailer kicks in, you’re welcomed with a quirky BGM which shouts ‘Bhoot but in a melodious way. We’re introduced to Ali Fazal’s character who has house arrested himself and hence the title of the film.

The story revolves around Ali Fazal’s character and why he has a house arrested himself. His best friend Jim Sarbh tries every trick to get him out of the house but fails to do so.

As this fresh-looking trailer proceeds, we see Ali’s neighbor asks him to keep a parcel. Jim sets him up with a journalist played by Shriya Pilgaonkar. She comes to the house and as she tries to convince him to get out there’s comes to a twist in the trailer. Remember the parcel from neighbour? Yes, it has a dead body in it.

Now, what will happen next after this? How will Ali’s character break the stint of being house arrest? Or will he be at home to do some jugaad around the dead body? It’s to be seen. House Arrest is jointly directed by Shashanka Ghosh and Samit Basu. The film is produced by Trilok Malhotra and KR Harish of India Stories Media & Entertainment Private Ltd.
