Bell Bottom, starring Akshay Kumar, was released a two month back and has been performing quite well at the box office, especially considering the Covid-19 restrictions. The film was the first major release to hit theatres following the second lockdown. Despite the fact that Bell Bottom is being streamed on Amazon Prime Video, collections are still coming in. The film is already in its seventh week and has comfortably garnered over 32 crore nett, making it the highest grossing Hindi film since the pandemic.
The film’s best box office performance came in Delhi/UP, where it has grossed roughly 9.50 crore so far. Despite the fact that the film did not have a Maharashtra release, it was able to surpass the 6 crore nett mark in the Mumbai circuit thanks to strong numbers in Gujarat every Sunday.
Due to a lack of releases, Bell Bottom will likely stay in theatres until Diwali and end around the 32.50 crore nett level. The following are Bell Bottom’s current collections.
1st Week – 18.70 cr nett
2nd Week – 7.5 cr nett
3rd Week – 2.87 cr nett
4th Week – 83 lakh nett
5th Week – 82 lakh nett
6th Week – 31 lakh nett
7th Week – 12.20 lakh nett
Total collections – 32.18 cr nett
Bell Bottom is directed by Ranjit M Tewari and was released on 19th August 2021. The film stars Akshay Kumar, Vaani Kapoor, Lara Dutta and Huma Qureshi.
