As the film entered its third week, it received strong support during the Dussehra holiday season, particularly in the Andhra states.
More than 60% of the film’s earnings came from these regions, making it a certified blockbuster in Andhra Pradesh and a super-hit in Telangana. The movie has also done well in Karnataka but has had a quieter reception in Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
The Hindi version has had average to good results but hasn’t reached the breakout success of films like Pushpa or KGF.
With its current success, Devara Part 1 is projected to gross around Rs 325 crore in India. This indicates that the film could easily surpass Rs 400 crore globally, marking it as a significant worldwide success.
However, it is expected to fall short of Thalapathy Vijay’s The Greatest Of All Time, which has done better internationally.
