Jigra Box Office Day 2: Alia Bhatt Starrer Jumps On Day Two By 45%, Heading For 20 Crore Plus Weekend

Last Friday tomorrow, two big Bollywood movies are dropping at the theatres, Alia Bhatt’s Jigra and Rajkummar Rao, Triptii Dimri’s Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video.

Jigra Jumps Big On Day Two

Jigra stars Alia Bhatt and is a serious escape drama with action elements. It’s expected to perform well in premium multiplexes in major urban centers. 

Film took a sedate start on day one and collected 4.55 crore. This was due to clash factor and little niche dark feel of the film. Still film recovered well on day two with 45% jump and collected 6.58 crore net.

Jigra has 2 day total of 11.13 crore net and its heading for 20 crore plus weekend which is a fair result. Today film is running with good occupancy and a good hold on Monday can ensure elongated run.
