Voot Select is preparing to host its first curated cinematic experience, the Voot Select Film Festival, the only direct-to-OTT festival of its type that will bring diverse films together for its audience. Over the course of eight days, the festival will screen more than 15 critically acclaimed films from a variety of genres, honouring the country’s most diverse filmmaking voices.
The Voot Select Film Festival will appeal to the palate of every movie aficionado with films that have been handpicked from throughout the country and present to audiences compelling storytelling, impactful characters, and superb production.
Some of these films have been guided by industry heavyweights Raj Kumar Hirani, Amit V.Masurkar, Vikramaditya Motwane, and Raj Kumar Gupta, and include some of India’s most known and trailblazing performers including Vidya Balan, Neena Gupta, Amit Sial, Chunky Pandey, Esha Deol, and many others.
From LGBTQ relationships to small-town hopes and goals, domestic violence, female infanticide, broken families, and more, the festival strives to present actual, realistic stories that depict socially relevant concerns of today’s day and age, offering a #IndiaUnfiltered experience to spectators.

The Voot Select Cinema Festival promises to be a one-stop shop for all film buffs in the country, and it will begin streaming in July.
