Farhan Akhtar is gearing up for a major comeback on the big screen with his role as Major Shaitan Singh in the highly anticipated film 120 Bahadur.
After a three-year hiatus from acting, Farhan shared an exciting glimpse into the film’s production on September 14 through a behind-the-scenes photo on Instagram.

The image was clicked in the rugged terrain of Ladakh and shows Farhan’s crew working hard on set against a breathtaking landscape. The caption, “Crew at work,” accompanied by hashtags #bts, #120Bahadur, #EkSauBeesBahadur, and #Ladakh, has fans buzzing with excitement for his return.
Reactions flooded in quickly, with fans expressing their eagerness. Comments included, “Can’t wait, Paaji,” and “Looking forward to seeing you on the big screen again.” His sister and director, Zoya Akhtar, dropped a heart emoji in support.

About The Film
120 Bahadur is directed by Razneesh “Razy” Ghai and marks Farhan’s return to acting after his 2021 film Toofaan.
The motion poster for the film had previously teased the title with the phrase, “Vo teen the… Aur hum? 120 Bahadur,” setting the stage for what promises to be a gripping portrayal of heroism.
The film focuses on the Battle of Rezang La, fought on November 18, 1962, during the Indo-China War. Farhan expressed his honour in bringing the story of Major Shaitan Singh Bhati PVC and the soldiers of Charlie Company, 13 Kumaon Regiment to life.
He highlighted the extraordinary bravery and selflessness of these soldiers, vowing to depict their story with the respect it deserves.
Alongside 120 Bahadur, Farhan is also busy with Don 3, which he is directing. The film stars Ranveer Singh and Kiara Advani.
