Prithviraj Sukumaran and director Blessy‘s collaboration in the epic survival drama Aadujeevitham has proven to be a blockbuster hit, surpassing Rs 150 crore in global box office earnings within just 25 days of release.
This milestone, confirmed by Prithviraj himself on social media, solidifies the film’s success, with the hashtag #TheGoatLife symbolising its ascent to new heights of popularity.

Notably, Aadujeevitham now ranks as the third highest-grossing Malayalam film of all time and marks the top spot for solo box office performance by a Malayalam actor, a distinction previously held by multi-starrer films like Manjummel Boys and 2018.
Furthermore, it has overtaken the lifetime collections of the blockbuster Baahubali 2 at the Kerala box office, securing its position as one of the state’s top-grossing films alongside 2018 and Pulimurugan.
With no signs of slowing down, Aadujeevitham is poised to potentially surpass the lifetime earnings of other Kerala box office giants. Its exceptional performance suggests it may even reach the Rs 175 crore milestone if it continues its impressive theatrical run.
About Aaadujeevitham
Aadujeevitham, directed by the acclaimed filmmaker Blessy, features a diverse cast including Haitian-French actor Jimmy Jean-Louis, Arab actors Talib al Balushi and RikAby, as well as Amala Paul and KR Gokul. Based on Benyamin’s 2008 novel of the same name, the film recounts the real-life story of Najeeb, a man from Kerala who ventured to the Gulf in the early 1990s for employment opportunities. However, he finds himself enslaved, tasked with herding goats in the desert. The narrative delves into Najeeb’s relentless struggle and longing to return home amidst the harsh realities of his circumstances. The film released in theatres on March 28, 2024.
