Following the incident, Govinda promptly addressed the issue on Instagram, releasing a video where he vehemently denied making the controversial comment on Twitter. The actor stated his intention to file a complaint with the cyber-crime authorities to investigate the hacking incident thoroughly. He urged his followers not to associate the Haryana tweet with him and assured them that he would take appropriate measures to resolve the matter.
Additionally, Govinda emphasized that his Twitter account had remained inactive for years, and his team confirmed that they were not responsible for the controversial post.
