Vicky Kaushal’s upcoming historical epic Chhaava is set to make a grand entrance in cinemas, and the excitement just got bigger. The makers have confirmed that the film will be released in IMAX format too.
Directed by Laxman Utekar, Chhaava tells the powerful story of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, capturing his courage, struggles, and legacy.

Film is slated to release in 6 days time and craze for the film is high. Today makers have announced that advance booking for the film will start tomorrow on 9th February.

To build anticipation, the team dropped a new IMAX poster featuring Vicky in his warrior avatar. Sharing the announcement, the makers wrote, “Witness the courage, honour, and indomitable spirit of the Hindavi Swarajya like never before! 🔥@vickykaushal09 brings history to life in Chhaava, a tale of strength, valour, and sacrifice – experience the best in IMAX. ⚔️ Glory awaits. Directed by Laxman Utekar, Chhaava stars Vicky as Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj and Rashmika Mandanna as Maharani Yesubai. The film’s soundtrack has also gained attention with the latest track “Aaya Re Toofan” dropped recently.
