Actor Lakshya made a successful debut with Karan Johar’s Kill in 2024 and now he is ready to take on another high-energy project with Dharma Productions.
His first film, directed by Nikhil Nagesh Bhatt and backed by Karan Johar and Guneet Monga, received global recognition for its stunning action sequences and earned acclaim on the international festival circuit.
Following his debut, Lakshya quickly joined the cast of the romantic comedy Chand Mera Dil, where he stars opposite Ananya Panday. The film is directed by Vivek Soni and produced by KJo. It is currently in production and is expected to release in 2025.
Now, insiders reveal that Lakshya is set to headline another Dharma Production film, marking his third collaboration with the renowned banner.
Lakshya In Karan Johar’s New-Age Action Thriller
According to a Pinkvilla report, Lakshya is set to star in a modern action film under Karan Johar’s production. The project is expected to start filming in the summer 2025, after the completion of Chand Mera Dil. Similar to Kill, this will be an action-packed thriller with a gripping storyline, and the team is eager to bring it to life.
The untitled thriller has already moved into the pre-production phase, with the script finalised and groundwork underway. While the director remains under wraps, sources say Dharma is working quietly behind the scenes to shape this ambitious project.
The report further revealed that the casting for supporting roles is expected to begin soon. The film will not only focus on action but also include intense drama and heartfelt emotions, offering a complete cinematic experience.
Lakshya’s Debut In Bollywood
Lakshya has charted a unique path in Bollywood as he gained huge attention with his unconventional debut. His performance in Kill highlighted his magnetic screen presence and impressive physicality.
Now, with Chand Mera Dil and Aryan Khan’s web series Stardom in the pipeline, he is set to showcase his range as an actor.
This new collaboration with Dharma Productions will strengthen Lakshya’s place as one of Bollywood’s rising stars.
