Ananya Panday is all set to return to the big screen with a fresh romantic pairing in Chand Mera Dil. Following her recent success in Call Me Bae and Ctrl, Ananya teams up with Lakshya. The Kill actor has been winning hearts with his performance in the violent actioner and makes a fresh pairing with Ananya.
The two will star in what promises to be a “crazy” love story, slated for release in 2025 under Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. It is being directed by Vivek Soni.
Chand Mera Dil Announced With Romantic Posters Featuring Lakshya & Ananya
After delivering hits like YJHD, RARKPK, 2 States & Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhaniya, Karan Johar brings another intense love story Chand Mera Dil to the big screens. The film’s announcement was accompanied by romantic posters featuring the on-screen duo. The posters capture the chemistry between Ananya and Lakshya in various intimate poses.
In one photo, they are seen cuddling under a blanket, while in another, Lakshya rests his head on Ananya’s shoulder.
The third poster showcases a sweet moment of them holding hands, and the final image captures the couple smiling as Lakshya leans in closer to Ananya, who lies down. These announcement posters hint at a tender and passionate love story.
Dharma Productions shared the posters with a charming caption: “Pyaar mein thoda paagal hona hi padta hai… Chand Mera Dil, starring Ananya Panday & Lakshya. Directed by Vivek Soni. Coming to cinemas in 2025.”

Ananya Panday has been working on several exciting projects. She was recently seen in the Netflix film CTRL alongside Vihaan Samat. Next, she will star in an untitled film based on the life of C. Sankaran Nair, sharing the screen with Akshay Kumar and R. Madhavan. Ananya will also return for the second season of Amazon Prime Video’s Call Me Bae.
Lakshya, who gained recognition for his role in Kill, is also making a mark in the industry. He is set to appear in Aryan Khan’s upcoming web series Stardom.
