Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra are reportedly set to team up again for a new film. Fans have been eagerly waiting for this news since their stunning chemistry in the 2021 hit Shershaah. Their wish might soon come true as discussions with Maddock Films for a fresh love story are underway.

According to a report from India Today, the duo is in early talks with Maddock Films about the project. While specific plot details are still under wraps, sources suggest it won’t be a typical Bollywood romance. Instead, it will incorporate unique twists and fantasy elements.
A source close to the project stated, “There is an interesting twist and a novel element in this love story. It will blend romance with fantasy elements.” This exciting approach promises to offer viewers something new and refreshing.
In Shershaah, Sidharth played Captain Vikram Batra, while Kiara took on the role of his girlfriend, Dimple Cheema. The film, directed by Vishnuvardhan, was released on Amazon Prime Video and received much acclaim, thanks in part to the couple’s on-screen chemistry.

Earlier this year, during a fan segment with Pinkvilla, Sidharth was asked about the possibility of reuniting with Kiara in another love story.
He replied, “That’s up to asking the directors and filmmakers.” He also reflected on the love received for Shershaah, saying, “We are very happy with the love that we have gotten for that film, even though the love story was a very short part of that film.”
He noted that their on-screen romance lasted only about 12 to 15 minutes but resonated well with audiences. “I think the real-life love story of Captain Vikram Batra and Dimple also resonates really well,” he added.
Sidharth expressed enthusiasm about doing a full-fledged love story, saying, “We would love to do a full-fledged love story. It’s just up to us finding the right content and the right script.”
In the meantime, both actors are busy with other projects. Sidharth is set to star in the action thriller Race 4, where he will face off against Saif Ali Khan. On the other hand, Kiara is currently shooting for War 2, starring alongside Hrithik Roshan, and will also appear in Don 3 with Ranveer Singh.
