Akshay Kumar is gearing up for the release of the much-awaited actioner Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, co-starring Tiger Shroff, and Prithviraj Sukumaran, among others. The movie, directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, will be hitting big screens on Eid 2024.
Akshay’s next after BMCM will be the Hindi remake of the Tamil movie Soorarai Pottru, directed by Sudha Kongagra. The movie was supposed to hit screens in February this year but was postponed to keep a long gap between the actor’s last release and BMCM.
Akshay Kumar Starrer Is Titled And Set To Release On 12th July
Now producers Vikram Malhotra and Suriya along with Akshay Kumar have locked July 12, 2024, for the theatrical release of the movie that is tentatively titled Sarfira. Suriya, who headlined the original movie, has also played a cameo in the upcoming Hindi remake.
Akshay Kumar revealed the title today. He wrote, “dream so big, they call you crazy.”

Long Promotional Campaign For Akshay Kumar Starrer Sarfira
The movie will have a longer promotional campaign with multiple assets dropping leading to its release date. The makers have kept a 3 months gap between BMCM and Sarfira as they believe the movie can win over the audiences.
