Alia Bhatt Says She Was In TIGRESS Mode When She Signed Jigra: ‘I Was Like Wow, What’s The Timing’

Alia Bhatt revealed that her protective "tigress mode" after becoming a mother influenced her decision to sign Jigra.

Alia Bhatt is gearing up for the release of her next film Jigra, and fans are eagerly awaiting the trailer launch, set for tomorrow.

In a recent interview video called “Devara Ka Jigra” alongside Karan Johar and Jr NTR, Alia opened up about her emotional connection to the film, especially its ties to her personal life.

Alia Bhatt Was In Her Most PROTECTIVE Phase When She Signed Jigra

During the conversation, Karan Johar asked if becoming a mother to her daughter Raha influenced her decision to sign Jigra. Alia revealed, “Yes, most definitely. I am not saying this just because I am promoting the film. But genuinely. I swear on my heart, I was in my TIGRESS MODE when I signed Jigra. I was in my most protective… like, no one come near her. That was like energy.”

She added, “When Jigra came to me, I was like, wow, what is the timing… I am feeling this way, and it came to me. I am not the same person, and I don’t want to be the same person.”

Jigra Trailer Dropping Soon Amid The Excitement

The trailer for Jigra is highly anticipated, especially after the positive response to the teaser and the songs “Phoolon Ka Taaron Ka” and “Chal Kudiye.” Both songs have been warmly received by the audience, raising excitement for the film’s full theatrical release.
