Tamannaah Bhatia and Sundar C’s latest film continued its winning streak in Tamil Nadu over the weekend, maintaining its lead ahead of new releases like Star. Sunday witnessed a significant surge in box office numbers for the movie, with its second-weekend collection in the state reaching a commendable Rs. 10.75 crore.
With this, the film’s total earnings over the span of ten days soared to Rs. 41.50 crore. Projections suggest it is well-positioned to cross the Rs. 50 crore mark in the state next weekend, potentially surpassing Ayalaan as the highest-grossing Tamil film of the year shortly after.
While currently, the overall highest-grosser of the year is the Malayalam film Manjummel Boys, it’s conceivable that Aranmanai 4 could surpass this milestone, contingent upon its performance in the coming weeks.
