Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor has been drawing attention since he began promoting his next movie Ek Villain Returns. But yesterday, the actor has been making news for a different cause since the morning.

The Ishqzaade actor reportedly received 16 crores for the sale of his Bandra West condo in the 81 Aureate building.

Arjun Kapoor reportedly paid 16 crores for the sale of his Bandra West apartment in the 81 Aureate building, according to a story in Hindustan Times. On floor 19 of the KC Marg building, there is a 4,364 square foot apartment. Arjun Kapoor’s sister Anshula signed the deal. Stamp duty totaling 96 lakh rupees was paid to register the apartment. A local broker claims that superstars from Bollywood, cricket, and politics frequent the Pyramid Developers-built building. It is a desirable property because of its setting and sea view. Many of them have invested in the property, but they do not live there.

Arjun Kapoor later criticised the reports on his social media account. Arjun wrote, “I love that some portals who don’t have a LIFE know my profit and loss margins more than even my CA.”

The actor seems quite disappointed with the reports and has certainly said it straight through his Instagram story.

Arjun Kapoor will soon be seen in Mohit Suri’s directorial, Ek Villan Returns. Another film in line for the actor is Kuttey directed by Aasmaan Bhardwaj, he also has Ajay Bhal’s The Lady Killer in his kitty.
