Rajkummar Rao & Sanya Malhotra are probably the best actors of this current generation but bad movie choices can’t help their cause. HIT: The First Case, a dark thriller with poor music and no zing can’t survive at the box office.
The film has collected 5.59 cr nett over the weekend with almost no growth. Film added 75 lacs nett on Monday and then kept falling from there onwards. The film has first-week collections of 7.95 cr nett. HIT should have been direct to digital release with such content. It will struggle to cross 9 cr nett lifetime! Disaster!
It’s sad to see such good actors struggling at the box office in the new post-pandemic era when larger-than-life films and chartbuster music are the keys.
