Aryan Khan to be released today only if the release order reaches Arthur Road Jail before 5.30 pm

Aryan Khan will be allowed to walk out only if the bail order reaches Jail before 5:30 pm

After 25 days of arrest, Aryan Khan has finally granted bail by the Bombay High Court yesterday. Along with Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha were also granted bail. The three of them are currently lodged in the Arthur Road Jail as they cannot be released before the bail order reached Arthur Road Jail. However, according to the procedure, the bail order needs to be sent to the lower court to issue a release order, after that it will be sent to the prison’s bail box.

As per the court timings, the order needs to reach Arthur Road Jail before 5.30 pm to release Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha. If the document reaches post 5.30, all three will have to spend another night in prison and will be released only tomorrow morning.

Aryan Khan’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde has confirmed to the media that Aryan Khan will be walking out of Arthur Road Jail today as soon as the detailed court order is handed over to the special NDPS court to get release orders.
