Azaad & Emergency Struggle With Low Buzz & Weak Promotions – Will They Survive Box Office Heat As Major Releases Approach Ahead?

Azaad and Emergency are facing low buzz and tough competition ahead of their January 17, 2025 release.

The Hindi box office is preparing for the January 17, 2025, release of Azaad and Emergency. Both films hold significance for their teams. Azaad marks the debut of Aaman Devgan and Rasha Thadani, with Ajay Devgn in a key role. Emergency sees Kangana Ranaut’s return after two years. However, both films are struggling to generate excitement.

The poor performance of Game Changer and Fateh has raised the stakes for upcoming films.

Azaad & Emergency Tickets At Discounted Rates To Increase Footfalls

To attract viewers, Azaad and Emergency will offer tickets at a discounted rate of Rs 99, hoping to increase footfall. Even films like Pushpa 2 may benefit from this pricing strategy.

Despite these efforts, the films face challenges. Pre-release hype is low, and audience interest is weak. Box office projections suggest both films could open between Rs 1 crore and Rs 2 crore. Positive word-of-mouth will be key to sustaining their momentum.

Will They Survive Of FLOP Miserably?

While early signs suggest a tough run, it’s too early to declare either film a failure. However, major chances are that these films would flop at the box office. However, Advance bookings and positive responses could change the outlook if interest grows.

Adding to the competition, Sky Force, starring Akshay Kumar and Sara Ali Khan, releases on January 24, 2025, which could impact both films’ box office performance.

With low buzz and limited promotion, it’s uncertain whether Azaad and Emergency can withstand the pressure.
