Vicky Kaushal and Rashmika Mandanna starrer Chhaava is just three days away from release and the team is going all out with promotions. After visiting Amritsar’s Golden Temple, they landed in Delhi with director Laxman Utekar. But instead of a typical promotional event, they turned it into a fun mini photoshoot.
Rashmika-Vicky Drop Fun Photos With Laxman Utekar From Their Delhi Visit
Rashmika shared the pictures on social media and wrote, “Laxman sir is so busy with all the editing and all of the serious film work and so Vicky and I thought we’ll kidnap him and do off a mini photoshoot.. 😋🐒 and after that we ended up doing our lil shoot to tell you guys that- ‘Chhaava is coming out in 3 days and we are so so excitedddd!’ 💛💃🏻🕺🏻”
In the pictures, the trio is all smiles and looks excited for the film’s release. One photo shows Utekar placing his hands on Vicky and Rashmika’s shoulders, while another captures Rashmika holding up three fingers to mark the countdown.
For the Delhi promotions, Vicky looked dapper in a black blazer over a white shirt and matching pants, while Rashmika stunned in a mustard-yellow salwar suit.
Chhaava Box Office Buzz Ahead Of Release
Chhaava is already seeing strong advance bookings, especially in Maharashtra, where the story of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj holds great significance.
Trade experts predict an opening in the range of Rs 18-20 crore nett with the potential to go higher as ticket sales gain momentum. Reports also suggest that the makers are strategically working to maximise the opening numbers.
The film is set to hit theatres on February 14, clashing with the re-release of Sanam Teri Kasam, which is already drawing a strong audience.
Directed by Laxman Utekar, Chhaava also stars Akshaye Khanna, Diana Penty, Ashutosh Rana, and Divya Dutta in key roles.
