For movie enthusiasts, December will be a month of celebration. Back-to-back major releases are scheduled for this month. Pushpa, Laal Singh Chaddha, Spider-Man No Way Home, and Cirkus are all scheduled to hit theatres in December. The trailer for Spider-Man: No Way Home was released on Tuesday by the makers. They also said that the Tom Holland starrer will be released in India on December 17th.
Tom Holland reprises his role as Peter Parker as Spider-Man in the new film. Zendaya, JB Smoove, Jacob Batalon, and Marisa Tomei will also appear in the film, with Benedict Cumberbatch as Doctor Strange.
Allu Arjun stated earlier this month that the first portion of his film Pushpa will be released in theatres on Christmas. “Pushpa- The Rise to release in five languages this Christmas,” the actor tweeted alongside a poster.
Pushpa was supposed to be released on August 13th. The film’s shoot was delayed due to the second wave of coronavirus, forcing the producers to find a new release date. In addition to Allu Arjun, Malayalam superstar Fahadh Faasil will play the antagonist in the film.
Pushpa is slated to face off against Laal Singh Chaddha, starring Aamir Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Naga Chaitanya. Advait Chauhan, the director of Secret Superstar, is the director of the film. The film is an official Hindi version of Tom Hanks’ award-winning film Forrest Gump.
Cirkus, Ranveer Singh’s film, will be released on December 31 which will see a December clash with Pushpa, Laal Singh Chaddha, and Spider-Man No Way Home. Ranveer Singh and Rohit Shetty reunite in this film after Simmba.
