In October 2023, Akshay Kumar will begin filming a new comedy movie directed by Mudassar Aziz, known for his work in Happy Bhag Jayegi and Pati, Patni Aur Woh. The film, tentatively titled “Khel Khel Mein,” is an Indian remake of the critically acclaimed Italian comedy drama, Perfect Strangers. It is set to be produced by Ashwin Varde and Bhushan Kumar and boasts an impressive ensemble cast in the lead roles. Perfect Strangers, released in 2016, was a massive hit and has already been remade in more than 20 countries. Mudassar Aziz has long been enthusiastic about creating an Indian version of the film and has adapted the screenplay to cater to the tastes of Indian audiences. However, the production had to be postponed due to Akshay’s prior commitments. Now, the popular actor, known for his role in Sooryavanshi, has allocated his dates starting from October.
