The Bollywood industry is now rife with controversy, and there are a few instances where the careers of many actors and actresses are ruined because of something they said incorrectly. Salman Khan, who is known as the ‘Bhai of Bollywood’ is also one of India’s most prominent figures. He has catapulted a slew of young performers into the spotlight, and he is also the Godfather to a number of them.

Many Bollywood celebs, on the other hand, have messed with him and ruined their own careers as a result. They soared to prominence for a short time before fading into obscurity.

Vivek Oberoi:

Vivek Oberoi accused Salman Khan of pestering him in 2003, claiming that Salman was harassing him because Vivek was dating his ex-girlfriend, Aishwarya Rai. He gave a media interview in which he said Salman was pestering him and that he had called him 41 times, which did not sit well with Salman.

Following this occurrence, we rarely see Vivek in plays or films, and we may deduce that his career was cut short. Many years later, Vivek admitted that the behaviour he committed was very immature.

Arijit Singh:

Back in the year 2014 during the Star Guild Awards, when Arjit most likely fell asleep in his seat during the award ceremony due to his demanding schedule. Everyone awoke him and summoned him to the stage, where Salman ridiculed him for sleeping, to which Arjit retorted, “Aaj logoon ne sula diya.” He immediately apologised, but the repercussions were harsh.

According to sources, the Meet Brothers withdrew a song recorded with Arijit for Kick and Pritam also dropped his vocals for Bajrangi Bhaijaan as a result. In addition, his song was cut from the film Sultan. Arjit then chose to publicly apologise through a Facebook post.

Anurag Kashyap:

Due to a quarrel with Salman during the filming of Tere Naam, Anurag Kashyap possibly lost the majority of his Bollywood opportunities. Anurag stated on Neha Dhupia’s chat programme, “There were lots of changes happening in the project and the script even got changed several times. Later new producers arrived and I got to know that now Salman Khan is the new hero of the film. Producers asked me to direct this film. The hero of the film belongs from Mathura, Agra and I myself belong to UP so I could not find Salman fitting to that role. Despite that, I tried to make the role fit for Salman and asked him to grow some hair on her chest. I told whole suggestion to Salman and asked the actor to grow some hair on the chest. When I said this to him, he was just staring at me and didn’t say a single word to me. Next day I got a call from the producer and he reached to meet me at. The producer throws a glass bottle at me and said – ‘Saale Tu Salman Ko Baal Ugane Ko Bolega.”

Renuka Shahane:

Almost all celebs remained silent in the aftermath of Salman Khan’s acquittal in the black buck case. Renuka Shahane, on the other hand, posted a lengthy Facebook post in which she questioned his acquittal following an 18-year court battle. This is alleged to have irritated the star from Dabangg.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan:

In the beginning, Aishwarya Rai had a relationship with Salman Khan. She suffered a setback after splitting up with Salman. After Aishwarya confessed to the media that Salman had physically and mentally abused her, she went on to reveal a lot more information about him. Salman was accused of causing havoc on her film sets. Aishwarya Rai’s involvement with filmmakers and producers dwindled with time.

Abhinav Kashyap:

In a surprising tweet, Abhinav Kashyap, the director of Dabbang 2, accused Salman Khan of ruining his career in 2010. Salman’s brothers, Arbaaz and Sohail Khan, were “trying to take control of (his) career by bullying”, he said on Facebook. Salman’s family, according to the actor, is sabotaging his career.
