Housefull 5: The Franchise is Back and Bigger Than Ever!
The Housefull franchise is officially back in play, and this time, it is bigger, crazier, and bolder than ever before. On April 30, 2020 — exactly 15 years after the first Housefull was released — Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment released the teaser for Housefull 5, setting the stage for a summer filled with comedy, madness, and hysterically good laughs.
Directed by Tarun Mansukhani, the teaser suggests it will boast the biggest star cast in the series, taking the comedy of errors format to an entirely new level aboard a cruise ship teeming with confusion, conspiracies, and characters.

Star Cast That Knocks It Out of The Park
The movie features an unbelievable cast, including Akshay Kumar (making his return), Abhishek Bachchan, Riteish Deshmukh, Jacqueline Fernandez, Sonam Bajwa, Nargis Fakhri, Sanjay Dutt, Jackie Shroff, Nana Patekar, Chitrangada Singh, Fardeen Khan, Chunky Pandey, Johnny Lever, Shreyas Talpade, Dino Morea, Ranjeet, Soundarya Sharma, and Nikitin Dheer.
The teaser even suggests that the film will feature a murder-mystery angle, giving fans an edge-of-the-seat feeling beyond the comic chaos.
First Song ‘Laal Pari’ Drops May 3 – Trailer To Drop Post May 10
As the teaser is already blowing up, the makers of the film are also keen to dive into the music promotions. According to sources, the first song of Housefull 5 (titled Laal Pari) will drop on May 3.
“The first song is set to drop on May 3, and the makers are very confident that this one will be a hit. The trailer will be released after May 10, perhaps within a week,” said a source with direct access to the production.
With the history of the franchise for upbeat dance numbers and chartbusters like Papa Toh Band Bajaye, Right Now Now, and Dhanno, it is assumed Laal Pari will musically set the tone.
All Eyes On June 6, 2025
Produced by Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, Housefull 5 will release worldwide on June 6, 2025. Being the only comedy franchise in India to make it to the fifth film, the movie also carries the expectations and obligations of its legacy.
As already seen with the teaser that has generated social media buzz and a rollout plan to keep fans engaged weekly, Housefull 5 is set to be the best comedy entertainer of the summer.
