Anticipation is great as Aamir Khan prepares to return to the big screen with his film, Sitaare Zameen Par — a film claimed as the spiritual sequel to his classic Taare Zameen Par (2007). While audiences are eagerly awaiting the trailer to drop, there have been some outstanding reactions from early viewers based on a private screening conducted by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC).
As per the information received, as well as posts from viewers at the CBFC screening, the trailer was approved with a UA certificate, and all board members and early viewers expressed their appreciation.
Kuldeep Gadhvi’s Review Goes Viral
One of the first reactions came from actor and writer Kuldeep Gadhvi, who took to Instagram to share a detailed breakdown of what he witnessed during the CBFC screening:
“Watched CBFC (#SitareZameenPar) trailer. It is an amazing trailer. Aamir Khan’s character Gulshan is a stark contrast to Nikumbh. It’s 3 minutes 29 seconds long and filled with more comedy than emotion — but Aamir has done a fab job.”
“Genelia Deshmukh is strong in her role, and Darsheel Safary also looks good. Brijendra Kala, Rahul Kohli, Karim Hajee, Sonali Kulkarni, Amit Verma, Anup Kumar Mishra, and Suresh Menon are part of the ensemble.”
“Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy’s music is phenomenal. Ravi Bhagchandka, Aamir Khan, and Kiran Rao’s production values are superb. R.S. Prasanna’s direction is giving great vibes.”
“Overall, the trailer is mind-blowing and powerful. Children will like this film even more than adults.”
Gadhvi rated the trailer 4 out of 5 stars, calling it a “mind-blowing” watch that blends comedy with powerful messaging.

The reaction didn’t go unnoticed. Ravi Bhagchandka, one of the producers of Sitaare Zameen Par, reposted the review with gratitude and excitement:
