Israeli actor Tsahi Halevi, renowned for his role in the hit series Fauda, seems to have developed a deep appreciation for Hindi cinema. Halevi’s fondness for India and Bollywood is not new.
Back in 2022, during his inaugural visit to the country, he had the opportunity to meet several luminaries from Indian cinema, including Anupam Kher, Imtiaz Ali, and Vivek Agnihotri. Demonstrating his versatility, he also exhibited his vocal prowess at an event in Delhi, enthralling the audience with renditions of the popular Hindi song Yaara Teri Yaari.
Tsahi Halevi Sings Shah Rukh Khan’s DDLJ Song “Tujhe Dekha Toh Yeh Jaana Sanam”
In a recent video captured by ANI, Halevi delighted fans as he effortlessly crooned the iconic song “Tujhe Dekha To Ye Jaana Sanam” from the Bollywood film Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, starring Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol.
With evident enthusiasm, Halevi showcased his affection for Indian music, seamlessly rendering a few lines from the timeless track, much to the delight of onlookers.

Interestingly, Halevi made his Bollywood debut last year alongside actress Nushrratt Bharuccha in the film Akeli, directed by Pranay Meshram. The movie also featured his Fauda co-star, Amir Boutrous, marking a collaboration that transcended borders and cultures.
Expressing his excitement about his foray into Indian cinema, Halevi remarked, “It is a great opportunity to be a part of such a colourful world of Indian cinema! I’m super excited and was amazed with the script when I first heard it! It was truly nice working with the entire cast and crew in Akeli, and I’m sure it is going to be an impactful and unforgettable movie.”
