Janhvi Kapoor, Gulshan Devaiah, and Roshan Mathew have commenced filming for the movie Ulajh in London. Kapoor recently posted an update on Instagram, featuring a photo taken on set. The image captures the film’s clapboard and a close-up of Kapoor’s eyes. In her caption, she simply wrote, Ulajh. Devaiah and Mathew also shared the same photo on their Instagram stories.
The core theme of Ulajh revolves around the Indian Foreign Services (IFS), with the production aiming to capture a substantial portion of the movie in multiple foreign locations.
Directed by Sudhanshu Saria, who has previously won a National Award, Ulajh delves into the story of a young IFS officer portrayed by Janhvi Kapoor. Produced by Junglee Pictures, the film boasts a stellar cast including Rajesh Tailang, Meiyang Chang, Sachin Khedekar, Rajendra Gupta, and Jitendra Joshi in significant roles.

In the meantime, Devaiah eagerly anticipates the release of his upcoming crime thriller Guns & Gulaabs, which is set in the 1990s and features Rajkummar Rao, Dulquer Salmaan, Adarsh Gourav, and TJ Bhanu. On the other hand, Kapoor is set to star alongside Varun Dhawan in the film Bawaal, and she also has Mr & Mrs Mahi in the pipeline, alongside Rao.
