Kanguva’s First Single To Release On Suriya’s Birthday
The makers of Kanguva took to social media to announce the release of the film’s first single. The track, titled “Fire Song,” will be released on July 23, 2024, which coincides with Suriya’s birthday. This song is part of the movie’s soundtrack, composed by Devi Sri Prasad.
The accompanying poster features a dramatic, fiery scene with a silhouetted figure of Suriya standing at the centre, suggesting an intense and action-packed theme. Sharing the poster, the makers wrote, “Ignite your spirits and ready yourselves for a blazing celebration. #FireSong from #Kanguva is all set to release on 23rd July. #KanguvaFromOct10.”

The Scale & Ambition Of Kanguva
Kanguva is set to be the biggest and most expensive film of the year, with an estimated budget of over 350 crores. It’s larger in scale than films like Pushpa and Singham. The movie was shot across seven different countries on various continents, giving it a unique and expansive visual style.
The filmmakers aimed for a specific look, as the film depicts the prehistoric period. To achieve this, they hired Hollywood experts for technical departments like action and cinematography.
One of the film’s highlights is a massive war sequence featuring over 10,000 people. Studio Green has teamed up with top distribution houses to release the film on a grand scale across the globe on October 10, 2024.
More About The Suriya Starrer
Last year, on Suriya’s 48th birthday, fans got their first glimpse of him in Kanguva, ready to strike down his enemies. Similarly, Bobby Deol’s first look, showcasing unique eye colours and a ribcage vest, was revealed on his birthday in January this year.
In an earlier interview, producer KE Gnanvel Raja disclosed that Kanguva will be a two-part epic. The first instalment will conclude on a cliffhanger, paving the way for the sequel.
