Khushi Kapoor will deliver an eight-minute monologue in her upcoming film Loveyapa, alongside Junaid Khan. The trailer was dropped recently and introduced a modern love story between Gaurav (Junaid Khan) and Baani (Khushi Kapoor). Their relationship faces a twist when their families challenge them to swap phones for a day to test their trust before deciding on marriage.

The film has gained attention following the release of its trailer and first track. Khushi Kapoor plays the role of a bubbly, lighthearted girl, radiating girl-next-door vibes in every frame.

As per the latest reports, the film will have an eight-minute monologue, which is described as a key scene that touches on themes of love, heartbreak, and self-discovery.

Recently, Aamir Khan expressed his thoughts after watching the film’s rough cut. He noted that he was impressed by the performances of both Junaid and Khushi. “When I watched the film and saw Khushi (Kapoor), I felt that I was watching Sridevi. Her energy was there; I could see it. I am a huge fan of Sridevi,” he said.

About The Film

Directed by Advait Chandan, Loveyapa also stars Grusha Kapoor, Ashutosh Rana, Tanvika Parlikar, and Kiku Sharda. The film is presented by Phantom and AGS Entertainment and is set to release on February 7, 2025.

Loveyapa is expected to offer a fresh perspective on relationships, with a focus on trust and self-reflection. The film will be available in theatres next month.

The trailer introduced Khushi and Junaid’s characters as they exchanged phones. This led to a series of humorous and emotional revelations from their devices. Packed with humour, love, and emotions, the trailer promised a rollercoaster of laughter and entertainment. 

The full film is slated for a theatrical release on February 7.
