Maatrubhumi: Salman Khan Unveils Main Hoon With Chitrangada Singh After Film’S Eid Release Postponement

Salman Khan has kept the romance around Maatrubhumi: May War Rest in Peace alive with Main Hoon, a tender song video featuring him opposite Chitrangada Singh. While the film had earlier occupied the Eid conversation before its release shift, the track has now become the softer emotional face of Apoorva Lakhia’s war drama.

The song video, released by Salman Khan Films Music, presents Salman and Chitrangada in a deeply romantic space, away from the battlefield tension that defines the film’s larger premise.

Salman Khan And Chitrangada Singh Lead Main Hoon

Main Hoon brings together Shreya Ghoshal and Ayaan Lall on vocals, with lyrics credited to Shabbir Ahmed and Ayaan Lall. Ayaan Lall is also credited as the composer and music director of the song. The track has been choreographed by Shabina Khan, while Eric Pillai has handled the mix and master.

The song’s appeal lies in its deliberately old-school romantic treatment. Instead of leaning on spectacle, the video focuses on longing, companionship and the emotional cost of distance, which fits neatly into the film’s soldier-family dynamic. For Salman, who has often delivered memorable romantic tracks across his career, Main Hoon is designed as a mood piece rather than a promotional montage.
