Mahesh Babu gives a clarification after his statement “Bollywood cannot afford me” has gone viral

Mahesh Babu claimed a few days ago during the trailer premiere of his production venture Major that he is not interested in participating in Bollywood films because the business cannot afford him. He had said, “I may sound arrogant, I did get a lot of offers in Hindi. But I think they can’t afford me. I don’t want to waste my time.” This comment by the star has gone viral. However, Mahesh Babu has cleared the air on his remark.

The actor is now promoting his film Sarkaru Vaari Paata, which is expected to be released on May 12, 2022. When asked about his comments about Bollywood by the regional media, the actor explained that he loves cinema and respects all languages. He also mentioned that he is at ease working on the film where he has previously worked. Mahesh expressed his delight at seeing his goal come true as Telugu cinema advances.

Sarkaru Vaari Paata, directed by Parasuram, also stars Keerthy Suresh in a prominent role. It is one of the year’s most anticipated Telugu films. The film’s trailer and tracks have gotten positive feedback.
