The highly anticipated release of Adipurush, which aimed to captivate audiences with a grand retelling of the Ramayana on the silver screen, ended up leaving viewers dissatisfied. In response to the uproar, Manoj Muntashir, the dialogue writer of the movie, has chosen to address the situation on social media. In a heartfelt and apologetic note, he acknowledges his mistake and expresses deep remorse, extending his sincere apologies to the disappointed audience.
Manoj Muntashir took to Twitter recently and shared two messages, one in Hindi and the other in English, where he expressed remorse and apologized to the audience for the dialogues he wrote in Adipurush. In addition to the dialogues, the audiences expressed their disappointment on social media regarding certain scenes and subpar visual effects (VFX) in Adipurush. The film was anticipated to be a cinematic retelling of the legendary Ramayana war, where Lord Ram fought against Raavan to rescue his wife Sita from the clutches of the ambitious King of Lanka. The cast included Prabhas as Raghav, Kriti Sanon as Janaki, Saif Ali Khan as Lankeshwar, Sunny Singh as Laxmanan, and notable actors like Siddharth Karnick and Vatsal Sheth in significant roles. However, viewers were vocal about their dissatisfaction with specific sequences and the underwhelming quality of the visual effects employed in the movie.
