National Film Awards: From Kangana Ranaut to Manoj Bajpayee & Sushant Singh Rajput’s Chhichhore, here’s the winners’ list!

At today's function, Superstar Rajinikanth was honoured with the Dadasaheb Phalke Award.

The 67th National Awards are being given out today at the Vigyan Bhawan in New Delhi. Celebrities attended the ceremony dressed in traditional attire. Kangana Ranaut was dressed to the nines in a royal saree. She won Best Actress for her roles in the films ‘Manikarnika’ and ‘Panga.’ Manoj Bajpayee, on the other hand, received the Best Actor award for his film ‘Bhonsle,’ and Dhanush received it for ‘Asuran.’

At today’s function, Superstar Rajinikanth was honoured with the Dadasaheb Phalke Award. Amitabh Bachchan, Mohanlal, AR Rahman among many prominent figures received a special message on the occasion of his big win.

‘Chhichhore,’ directed by Tiwari and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, was Sushant Singh Rajput’s last big-screen film and received the Best Hindi Film award. The occasion was attended by Tiwari and Nadiadwala. The two talked lovingly of Sushant on the red carpet and dedicated the win to him. “Sushant is an integral part of our film. He made us proud. We are dedicating this award to him,” Tiwari and Nadiadwala said.
