All the movie lovers were thrilled when the sequel to OMG: Oh My God was announced. OMG: Oh My God 2 is widely anticipated by the public because the 2012 film’s plot and stellar lead performance deeply wowed the audience. The creators have already begun work on their next project, even though they haven’t yet revealed the specifics of its release date or the time when the trailer will debut.
A source claims that OMG 2 producers Ashwin Varde and Vipul Shah are actively casting for a police procedural drama with four female leads. It further adds that one of these actresses is a well-known figure in the south industry, and that there are ongoing advanced negotiations with other actresses for the remaining roles. The movie, which is based on a true tale, is being made by Ashish Mohan, who also made Khiladi 786, starring Akshay Kumar and Asin.
It is rumoured to be the first Hindi movie to feature four leading ladies. Soon, the movie will be shown. Other female-led movies in development include Kareena Kapoor, Tabu, and Kriti Sanon’s The Crew and Farhan Akhtar’s Jee Le Zaraa, starring Alia Bhatt, Katrina Kaif, and Priyanka Chopra.
While talking about the sequel of OMG, When Akshay Kumar visited Red Sea International Film Festival in Jeddah, He said, “It’s a very important subject. In a lot of places, (sex education) is not there. We have all kinds of subjects we learn in school and sex education is one topic I would like all the schools in the world to have. (This film is) going to take time to release, it’s going to be April [or] May.”
However, A final and official announcement regarding the film has not been made yet.
