Pooja Bhatt REACTS To CBI’s Closure Report In Sushant Singh Rajput Death Case, Takes Sly Jibe At Akshay Kumar’s Old Tweet

Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) recently wrapped up its investigation into Sushant Singh Rajput’s death, confirming there was no foul play involved. The agency also found no evidence of abetment in his suicide and dismissed all conspiracy theories surrounding the case. This reinforced AIIMS’ findings, which had already concluded that his death was a suicide.

The actress quote-tweeted Akshay Kumar’s tweet from 2020 and wrote, “The CBI’s March 22, 2025, closure report confirms Sushant Singh Rajput’s death as suicide with no foul play, clearing #RheaChakraborty and others. The truth has prevailed #Prayers answered.”

Kumar’s old tweet read, “SC directs CBI to investigate Sushant Singh Rajput’s death. May the truth always prevail #Prayers”

The post received mixed reactions only and didn’t sit well with fans of Khiladi Kumar. Reacting to it, a user wrote, ” I am glad @akshaykumar sir had the courage to tweet that it need a CBI investigation so that truth come out in public. Your tweet quoting him is just a desperate attempt. The big difference in 2 different tweets from 2 different mindset!! He look more genuine here.”

While some others took sly dig at Akshay. One user wrote, “All these RW clowns should be tried and sued esp the likes of @akshaykumar @navikakumar . If this was any other country, they’d go bankrupt with the defamation law suits!”
