Prabhas and Siddharth Anand‘s upcoming film, which was touted to be one of the biggest collaborations in the Indian film industry, has reportedly been put on hold due to date issues. The film was supposed to be an action-packed entertainer, bankrolled by Mythri Production, and Siddharth Anand was signed on for a whopping sum of Rs 65 crore. However, the director and Prabhas’ dates were not matching, which finally pushed the stakeholders to part ways. Siddharth Anand has also refunded the amount he got as an advance for the film.
Prabhas is presently gearing up for the release of Adipurush on June 16, followed by Salaar on September 28. He was in talks with Siddharth Anand for the film right after the release of War in 2019. The conversations on this Prabhas and Siddharth Anand film might take place in the future, but for now, the future of the film remains uncertain.

According to a source close to the development, “Siddharth Anand and Prabhas are two of the busiest people in the Indian Film Industry at this point of time. They have their diaries blocked for the next few years and are not able to find a common window for their collaboration.” The source further revealed that Mythri and Siddharth Anand have now decided to collaborate on another project in the near future.
It was previously reported that Prabhas would be essaying the role of a RAW agent in the film. However, with the film being put on hold, it remains to be seen if the project will ever see the light of day. Fans of Prabhas and Siddharth Anand will have to wait for further updates on the film.
