Actor Fahadh Faasil is ready to make his Bollywood debut. Recent reports claimed that the actor has been signed by Imtiaz Ali for his upcoming film.
Now, Fresh updates reveal that Fahadh will star opposite Triptii Dimri in this project. Imtiaz Ali will direct and produce the film, known for his unique love stories, and this one is expected to follow suit.
Fahadh Faasil Opposite Tripti Dimri In Imtiaz Ali’s Next
A source told Peeping Moon, “Fahadh Faasil will make his Bollywood debut with this film, and he’s extremely excited to begin his journey in Hindi cinema with Imtiaz Ali, who is one of his favourite Bollywood directors.” Fahadh is clearly excited to work with a filmmaker he admires.
The source also added that Fahadh and Imtiaz Ali have been discussing the film for months, and the contract has now been finalised.
“Triptii’s pairing with him adds an exciting and unique dimension to this collaboration. Imtiaz is known for pushing boundaries in love stories, and this one promises to stand out in his repertoire,” the source said.
Production Kickstarts In Early 2025
Production for the film is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2025. Imtiaz Ali will produce it under his banner, Window Seat Films. This will be Fahadh’s first Bollywood film, while Triptii Dimri will reunite with the director after their collaboration in Laila Majnu.

Fahadh is gearing up for the release of Pushpa 2: The Rule, where he will face Allu Arjun as the antagonist. Allu Arjun was seen praising him at a press release event in Kochi.
Triptii Dimri was last seen in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 with Kartik Aaryan and Vidya Balan. She is now preparing for the release of Dhadak 2. She’s also set to star alongside Madhuri Dixit in an upcoming film, where they will play a mother-daughter duo.
Coming to Imtiaz Ali, his last film was Amar Singh Chamkila starring Diljit Dosanjh and Parineeti Chopra.
