Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Amitabh Bachchan starrer Brahmastra is one of the most ambitions projects of Hindi film industry. It was recently reported that the movie is aiming at a Summer 2022 release date.
Now, latest is that though the shoot is yet to be completed, the makers are already putting the promotional campaign together. Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions, which has produced Ayan Mukerji’s directorial Brahmastra, plans to release short teases around the film, one after another without revealing a lot around the film.

In March 2021, the producers submitted submitted 13 teaser cuts, eight motion posters and some promos for the IMAX screen for certification to the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). Between April 1 and April 12, the CBFC passed all these promos with a ‘U’ certificate and no cuts.

Apparently all teasers and promos will be releasing in Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Telugu, and Tamil, among few other languages.
An industry insider says, “The makers have a lot of exciting content and they’ll be revealing it bit by bit through these short teasers. Hence, they might go for an extended promotional campaign. Also, the motion posters will add to the buzz; some of them can be character-introducing motion posters, maybe one for each of the lead cast – Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy, Nagarjuna, and Dimple Kapadia.”
