Bollywood’s heartthrob Ranbir Kapoor and the gorgeous Shraddha Kapoor have teamed up for their latest release, ‘Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar.’ The film has garnered much anticipation from fans and industry insiders alike, especially after a dry spell at the box office due to the pandemic.
On its opening day, the movie managed to rake in a respectable sum of 15.73 crore nett, which is no small feat in the post-pandemic era. It’s also the fifth biggest opener for Ranbir Kapoor after ‘Brahmastra,’ ‘Sanju,’ ‘Besharam,’ and ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani.’
Ranbir Kapoor is known for giving some massive hits in his career, even on non-holiday releases. He has also starred in some of the best trended films at the box office. With ‘Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar’ being his latest project, it’s safe to say that the audience has high expectations from him.
Interestingly, during the promotions of the movie, Ranbir Kapoor was asked which actor he would like to work with in the future, to which he replied, “I would like to work with Kriti Sanon in the future.” This has sparked speculation and excitement among fans, who can’t wait to see the two talented actors share screen space.
