Reports have surfaced indicating that Singh may soon collaborate with acclaimed filmmaker Prasanth Varma, known for his recent success with the Pan-Indian mythological fantasy film, HanuMan.

Varma’s latest venture, Jai Hanuman, has already stirred anticipation among movie buffs, and now it seems the director has set his sights on bringing Singh into the fold. Although details remain sparse, sources close to the production have confirmed discussions between Varma and Singh regarding a potential collaboration.
While specifics regarding the project are still under wraps, there’s speculation that Singh’s involvement could mark his entry into Varma’s cinematic universe. A source, speaking to Hindustan Times, disclosed, “Yes, it’s true that Prasanth approached Ranveer for a film in his cinematic universe. It will be his immediate next project after HanuMan. Ranveer is interested and it’s almost confirmed, but nothing is finalised yet. An official announcement will be made once it’s finalised. Mythri Movie Makers will be backing it.”

Jai Hanuman, first announced during the Ram Mandir ceremony in Ayodhya back in February, has been a topic of much anticipation following the success of HanuMan. While rumours hinted at KGF star Yash’s possible involvement, no official confirmation has been issued. Meanwhile, fans of HanuMan can rejoice as the filmmaker has promised a sequel, featuring Teja Sajja.
