Varun donned a black see-through t-shirt paired with matching denims, boots, and a jacket, while Samantha looked stunning in a black co-ord set with a statement neckpiece and bracelet. They posed for photographs with Raj and DK, who were also present at the event.
Priyanka, who plays the lead role of Nadia Sinh, looked ravishing in an off-shoulder red gown, while Richard, who plays the character of Mason Kane, wore a black suit. The actress’s husband, Nick Jonas, and mother, Dr. Madhu Chopra, were also in attendance.
Created by the Russo Brothers, the web series will premiere exclusively on Prime Video on Friday, April 28. The show will start with two episodes followed by a new episode released weekly every Friday until May 26.
In a recent interview with PTI, Samantha shared her experience of working with Raj and DK, who have previously worked on the popular series, The Family Man. She praised their ability to push the boundaries even further with action and emotions. However, the actor also revealed that she has been dealing with myositis, a condition that causes muscle inflammation and weakness, as she shoots for the show.
Citadel promises to be an adrenaline-fueled series with a thrilling plot and action-packed scenes, which fans are eagerly waiting to watch.
Speaking of the shooting for action sequences, she stated “Considering the challenges that I am facing health wise, I am glad I am able to do what I am doing in Citadel. Everyone is being patient and kind and I am truly grateful for that.”
She added, “I am all very eager to dive into it, especially for a girl to do action and it is not really every day that you get a tag that, ‘she is good at action’. So, now you want to do better and you want to push it, and you don’t want that tag to go away. I think that is what is pushing me to my maximum capabilities.”
